To seek out opportunities to intelligently grow the company through development, acquisition and management. To work with and cultivate outstanding people that share our passion and enthusiasm for what we do.

To maximize the success of our properties by managing them in an impeccable manner with integrity, maintaining and protecting them for the long term and consistently looking for and implementing ways to enhance their current and future value.

We manage and are guided by the following four basic principles:

1. Stand for integrity and seek excellence in all that we do.
2. Be accountable and respectfully hold others accountable to their word.
3. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
4. Work smart, have fun and always stay focused on the bottom line.

Our Mission Statement would not be complete without including this quote about Attitude:
