Our company is committed to the health and safety of our employees, residents and guests. We understand that there are many concerns around COVID-19, as this pandemic is disrupting many parts of everyday life.
Our company has put into place all recommendations, in accordance with CDC guidelines, regarding social distancing and sanitization, while we continue to provide quality service to our residents and guests. Our maintenance teams are providing all emergency services to our residents, and all other routine work will be completed as soon as life returns to normal.
Amidst all of this, we understand that everyone looking for an apartment needs a clean and well managed apartment home, and as an "essential business", we are continuing to rent apartments however, we are doing so under the CDC guidelines. We can rent apartments in many ways. There are people who prefer to call us and have us walk them through our website and virtual tours and then assist them in filling out all the necessary paperwork online If that is what is preferred, then we can do that.
Our residents know we are a phone call, email, or a resident portal visit away from them, and our offices are staffed as “mission control” to be able to react to all situations as they arise. We are cleaning our hallways and common areas each day and we will continue to proudly provide the necessary services for our residents, so they know that they chose the right place to live, and for future residents, so they will want to join our communities.
