A 24-year associate of our company, Ilie is loved by everyone that works with him and above all, he is loved by our residents at Ridgewood House who depend on him day in and day out. Often Ilie works solo with no other maintenance person at his property meaning his talents are endless and you can always count on him to handle whatever comes his way. He is truly exceptional. After immigrating to the United States from Romania, Ilie immediately found his way to Cleveland and our company, and we are so beyond grateful he did. He has a wonderful wife and together they brought a beautiful daughter into this world in 2003. A nicer person could never be-- coupled with such talent and a customer service heart.
